For the week of 5/18:
Starr concludes her baby is alive ... while Todd and Marty learn the truth about her baby!

Things are blowing up all over Llanview this week. Starr and Cole (and Michael, and Marcie ... ) get the news that the baby buried in the cemetery that they thought was theirs actually isn't. Starr's convinced her baby is alive!

Hey, Starr -- guess what? You're right! And she's closer to your family than you might think. Y'see, Todd's old frat buddy Powell decides to shine the light on that situation for the grandparents. Todd and Marty are gob-smacked, naturally, at the news that Starr and Cole's baby is alive and will surely be righting that baby-switching wrong -- assuming that Powell doesn't kill them first. Oh, and did we tell you that Powell's kidnapped newly rediscovered Hope (aka baby Chloe)?

Yes, he most certainly has -- and Jessica is losing her mind with worry (as if she had any left to lose!). Natalie and Jared, just returned from their elopement, are totally ready to come clean about the whole mess regarding Chloe/Hope, but their plans get derailed by Jessica's freak out. Have no fear; they do tell the truth -- to Viki. We can just smell the big reveal to Starr and Cole and Jessica coming ...

Back at the KAD Frat House of Doom, Tea and Blair are about to be gassed to death in the basement. What better time for a little sharing of divine secrets of the ya-ya sisterhood of the traveling pants, right? Tea and Blair admit their feelings for Todd (love), their feelings for each other (hate) -- and then Tea decides to share with Blair one doozy of a secret ... but will Blair even be conscious to hear it?

Newly escaped John risks his freedom by returning to Llanview in his quest to find Blair, Marty, Tea, and yes, even Todd. He better watch his back, though, because with Powell dealing with Todd and Marty (and Tea and Blair nearly dead), there's still a psycho on the loose: Rebecca. And she's armed and dangerous ... with a match. Look for a major explosion -- and no, everyone does not get out alive.

Marty's encounter with Powell has one upside, though. His wicked ways have restored her memory. Cole should be pleased to hear this -- if his mom doesn't wind up the latest victim of Powell and Rebecca, that is.

All this, PLUS: Viki has a troubling prediction; someone must choose between the right thing and the person they love; Rex and Gigi worry that Shane's rejecting his transplant; and Brody proves himself to be a really awesome guy.

Brody is the new John. Suddenly he saves the world. Powell tells Hope's grandparents before Viki hears it from Jarlie? It's their damn secret! That's just wrong. So wrong. What will Viki's troubling prediction be?

Viki's troubling prediction is going to be the realization that Jessica has once again split.

Viki decides Marcie should bring up the baby instead of Jessica.

Or instead of Cole and Starr. Viki is so wise. ;)

I looks like Marcie and Michael will get the baby but to me, for better story it would work better if Cole and Starr decided to keep their baby. Having the baby living in town where Jess and the family can see it day in and day out would be better story in my books.

The baby and M&M could return way way down the road. Word is the door is wide open for when the time is right.

ES will deliver some great scenes when Viki realizes all of Jessica's mental problems are her fault and what she must do will shatter Jessica's life.

Even though the story is about Jessica, Starr and Cole, I truly believe that ES is going to have some great material, and once again ES will shine.

When someone gives their baby up for adoption, isn't there like a waiting period of sorts that the biological parents can change their minds.

Yes. This is it. Then she's suppose to tape all her summer scenes next week. :(

I don't know details and laws may vary from one state to another, but that's the case where I live. I know of a couple who were once trying to adopt and it happened twice that the birth parents changed their minds.

No one knows that for sure, it is just pure speculation on a posters part, I guess time will tell with the call times person, she/he will be able to shed some light on IF they are still posting.

Ewwwwwww. Don't even suggest that M&M could return.
